If you need to cancel your Gift Aid declaration, please complete the form and type ‘Cancel Declaration’ and the date of cancellation in the ‘Other (please specify)’ box, below.
Declaration: I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference back to HMRC. I understand that ReachAcross will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I have given.
1.Please notify ReachAcross if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address, no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.
2.If you pay higher rate tax you can claim further tax relief in your Self Assessment tax return.
3.Gift Aid can only be reclaimed if the gifts are payable to the charity and used at the discretion of the trustees. The donor may however express a wish for the gifts to be used in a particular way and ReachAcross will endeavour to follow their wish.
4.If your donation is from a joint account, please ensure that all gifts are signed by the person named in this declaration.
