Project 086

Central Asia – Training Village Health Workers

About the Project

Help ReachAcross in Central Asia as we help train village healthcare workers in order to increase their medical knowledge and practical skills as they serve the needs of large numbers of people who currently have very little healthcare provision. We will be working with local Christians already engaged in healthcare training, and will be helping to foster good relationships between teams of healthcare workers and local communities.  Patients will not only experience the love of Christ through receiving excellent practical care, but will be brought into an environment where they can hear the gospel, most often for the very first time.

This is an ongoing ReachAcross project. However, the target amount on this fundraising page is for total funds raised by ReachAcross to 31st March 2022. If this project becomes fully funded ReachAcross will use the donations raised towards year 2 of the project.  If all three years anticipated for this project become fully funded, excess funds may be used for other ReachAcross projects or where needed most within the mission.

Donating through Stewardship.org.uk is really easy and completely secure. If you are a UK taxpayer, please confirm that you would like to reclaim Gift Aid on your donation. This will add 25p to every £1 you give.

Important: When using this donate button which links to our Stewardship.org.uk fundraising pages, if you are leaving any comments, then for the safety of our mission workers and their contacts, please do not mention the names or locations of any ReachAcross mission workers or their associates if you happen to know them. Thank you!
