Project 086

Central Asia – Training Village Health Workers

About the Project

A huge thank you to all our supporters. This project is now fully funded! This project is to help train village healthcare workers in Central Asia, in order to increase their medical knowledge and practical skills as they serve the needs of large numbers of people who currently have very little healthcare provision. We are working with local Christians already engaged in healthcare training, and are helping to foster good relationships between teams of healthcare workers and local communities.  Patients not only experience the love of Christ through receiving excellent practical care, but are brought into an environment where they can hear the gospel, most often for the very first time. We have now received enough funds for the project to continue until the end of 2022. When we need further funds we will republish this project under ‘Current Projects’.
